Reach the Community and Feed the Children of WCS

We are always looking for ways to enhance both the school and to impact the community. We believe that the Lord has led us to begin a Poultry Raising Project at the WISDOM Christian School.

The project includes an 800 square foot building and all the necessary equipment to house 200 broiler chickens.

The ongoing project costs includes necessary equipment, chicks, feed, vitamins, medicine, and personnel.

This relatively small investment will have a huge impact on both the school and community.

  • The chickens will add protein to the students lunches.
  • We will sell some of the chickens to this impoverished community at a lower than market price.
  • Employ and train people from the community.
  • WISDOM Christ Church will periodically offer a chicken meal and fellowship to the congregants.
  • Use the project as an example of entrepreneurship in the school curriculum.
